NUM position on the decision to rescind Brian Molefe's reappointment at Eskom

NUM Press Statement,  29 May  2017

The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) welcomes the decision to rescind the reappointment of Brian Molefe at Eskom by the Public Enterprise Minister Lynne Brown.

The NUM raises a serious concern about a lack of stability in Eskom's leadership and call upon the Minister to address this issue permanently and promptly as it poses challenges for the employees and Eskom as a whole.

About Us
The National Union of Mineworkers was founded in 1982.

Its birth was facilitated by comrades Cyril Ramaphosa who rose to be its first General Secretary, James Motlatsi who turned to be its first President, and Elijah Barayi who became its Vice President and later the President of Cosatu in 1985 when the federation was formed. porn
