NUM Western Cape Region is worried by the reckless statement made by the Finance Minister Tito Mboweni on ESKOM's looming retrenchments
The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) in Western Cape Region is angered and disturbed by the reckless statement made by the Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni on the ESKOM's looming retrenchments. The NUM is of the view that there are labour laws in this country that must be respected by all including the Minister of Finance. NUM WOMEN'S STRUCTURE CALLS ON COURT NOT TO GRANT BAIL TO THE MURDERER OF NOMBUSO DUBE AND HER MOTHER
The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) Women's Structure calls upon the court not to grant bail to Sam Radebe who will be appearing at Verlum Magistrate Court in Kwazulu-Natal today. Radebe shot dead Nombuso Dube and her mother on Sunday, 09th October 2018 at their home in Tongaat Kwazulu-Natal. Nombuso Dube was the NUM Kwazulu-Natal Women Structure Regional Treasurer.

NUM is deeply worried about the fatality that happened at Lethabo Power Station

NUM National Women's Structure strongly condemns the killing of the NUM Kwazulu-Natal Women Structure Treasurer Nombuso Duke and her mother by her ex-boyfriend yesterday
The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) Women's Structure is angered and saddened about the brutal murder of comrade Nombuso Dube who was the NUM Kwazulu-Natal Women Structure Regional Treasurer and that of her mother in the morning of Sunday; 07th October 2018. Both mother and daughter were shot dead by the ex-boyfriend of Comrade Nombuso. This is a great loss to the NUM to have lost a young woman in the hands of the person who claims to have once loved and cared for her.
