NUM, AMCU, SOLIDARITY and UASA joint labour central mass meetings tomorrow

The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM), together with the other three trade unions organising at Sibanye-Stillwater gold operations, would tomorrow Tuesday 05 November 2024, convene joint labour central mass meetings to report and get fresh mandates from workers on the company’s latest wage offer. The mass meetings are to be addressed by the leaders from the four trade unions.

The joint labour central mass meetings are scheduled as followed:

Venues:   Beatrix Boxing Arena Stadium in Free State and Masizakhele Stadium in Carletonville
Time:       15:30

Buses to transport workers will be available at all the company’s pickup points, and workers are urged to conduct their branches for more detailed information. Members of the media are invited to attend and report about these mass meetings.
