NUM condemns publicity-seeking postures by a pathological liar Mathunjwa

The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) has noted false, unproven, dishonest, sick and desperate allegations made by AMCU President Joseph Mathunjwa a known pathological liar during a press conference today about NUM.
Mathunjwa accused NUM of provocation and violence against AMCU members at Beatrix Mine and Northam Platinum Mine.
The NUM in its 32 years of existence fought important battles against exploitation and it improved the conditions of employment of mineworkers. The NUM adversary and absolute enemy has always been the monopoly capital. The NUM members will never waste their energy fighting fellow mine workers.

The NUM does not support acts of violence and damage to property. This pathological liar and the permanent President, membership officer, and administrator of AMCU always wants to blame the NUM for everything. He has an uncontrollable greedy lust for fame and he has to always criticise the NUM in the media to achieve his goal.  We are calling on the permanent President of AMCU to fight monopoly capital and stop instigating violence in the mining sector.
