NUM welcomes the arrests of five suspects in Limpopo
The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) is pleased and welcomes the quick response from the police after the arrests of five suspects who petrol bombed the bus which was carrying the mineworkers to Modikwa Platinum mine on Sunday.
The suspects will appear at Mecklenburg Police Station tomorrow where NUM will gather in large numbers to oppose the bail application of the alleged suspects, and further, we can confirm that the Deputy President of NUM comrade Joseph Montisetse and the DGS of COSATU comrade Solly Phetoe will be visiting Modikwa Platinum on Friday.
