NUM DEPUTY PRESIDENT COMRADE JOSEPH MONTISETSE TO VISIT KLOOF IKAMVA SHAFT TODAY
The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) Deputy President comrade Joseph Montisetse will visit Kloof Ikamva Shaft today where the three mineworkers bodies were recovered after they went missing yesterday. The latest update is that two mineworkers are still trapped underground.
The NUM is concerned about a number of fatalities that are happening at Sibanye Stillwater operations in South Africa. Mineworkers sell their labour, not their lives, limbs and lungs.
